This Refund and Cancellation Policy outlines the terms under which you may request a refund or cancel your subscription for the Sentient application ("the Service"), provided by Sarthak Pramod Karandikar & Kabeer Ahmed Merchant, operating as Existence. By subscribing to our Service, you agree to this policy.
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard. Upon cancellation, your access to paid features will continue until the end of your current billing period. After the billing period ends, your account will be downgraded to the free plan, and you will not be charged again unless you choose to re-subscribe.
We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for new users on their first subscription payment. If you are not satisfied with the Service, you may request a full refund within 7 calendar days of your initial purchase.

Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days and are credited back to the original method of payment.
After the 7-day money-back guarantee period, we do not offer refunds or credits for partial subscription periods, unused time, or non-use of the Service.
In rare cases, such as a prolonged technical failure that prevents you from using the service, we may, at our sole discretion, issue a partial or full refund. Such cases will be reviewed on an individual basis.
